Nuova Fima Group consolidates its presence in Poland
September 2008
Nuova Fima continues its focused efforts on developing more innovative products and providing a more efficient service to its customers, with particular emphasis on after sales service. The company has recently signed an exclusive customer service agreement with Explit, a Polish provider of technical customer service with many years of experience in the ceramic tile sector. The production of ceramic tiles in Poland has increased by nearly 140% in recent years, starting from 49M sqm in 2001 to 110M sqm in 2006. Nuova Fima has strongly contributed to this increase of production by supplying a significant percentage of the inspection systems, sorting and packaging lines and palletizing robots sold in the territory.
